A spacious gym is utilized for postural re-education, gait training and bio-mechanical assessment. Cardiovascular machines, free weights, plyoballs, foam-rolls, and resistance bands are utilized to create individual programs that are easily transitioned to home exercise programs during treatment and at discharge. We also offer individual or group plyometric, strength and multi-planar agility training.
